The MPS Procurement Department is upgrading its online purchasing processes and software to further take advantage of features embedded within our SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system. Features such as online catalogs and streamlined contracting promise to enhance the buying experience for our users while providing you with a consistent way to offer goods and services to MPS. If you are a new vendor who has not previously worked with the District, please complete the online self-registration in order to engage with the District in this new environment.
**Please note, at this time the self-registration is only for the main vendor of the MPS District. These vendors are those who provide goods or services to Minneapolis Public Schools and we issue a contract and or Purchase Order including off duty Police Officers. Vendors that are not considered main vendors will continue to use paper form for processing until further notice.(example: Coaches for Athletic Department)
